Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

Review and study RFPs, tenders, and bid documents to understand eligibility criteria, technical requirements, timelines, and documentation requirements.

Prepare and maintain tender-related formats, templates, and documentation as per client requirements.

Coordinate with experts regarding availability, requirements, documentation, and commercials/budget.

Negotiate with experts to ensure alignment with the approved budget and tender requirements.





Coordinate with various locations/branches and internal stakeholders to identify upcoming bids, manpower requirements, and sourcing needs.

Prepare and update CVs/resumes of experts in the required client/tender format.

Ensure all CVs and supporting documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with tender requirements before final submission.

Maintain records of submitted tenders, expert databases, CVs, and supporting documents for future reference.

Coordinate with the tendering, business development, technical, and other internal teams to ensure timely submission of bids.

Track tender deadlines and ensure all required documents are available within the stipulated timelines.

Support the team in any other tendering, sourcing, and bid-related activities as required.
