SvTech Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and organised Sales & Project Coordination Executive to support our sales, project, and day-to-day operational activities.

The role will involve coordinating between clients, management, sales teams, project/site teams, vendors, purchase teams, and other internal departments to ensure that customer requirements and project-related activities are followed up and executed smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day coordination and administrative activities related to sales and ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure that relevant information is communicated to the concerned internal teams.
- Prepare and maintain quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), BOQs, Sales Orders, and other commercial documents as required.
- Coordinate with the technical and project teams to collect the necessary information for preparing quotations and project documentation.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations, approvals, purchase orders, payments, meetings, and other pending requirements.




- Maintain accurate records of clients, enquiries, quotations, orders, project documents, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain and regularly update trackers and reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets.:
- Coordinate with the purchase team and vendors regarding material requirements, quotations, availability, and delivery status.
- Coordinate with project and site teams regarding project-related documentation, material requirements, and pending activities.
- Track the status of orders and project-related activities and provide timely updates to management.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, and client interactions.
- Maintain proper digital and physical filing of company, client, project, and commercial documents.
