Role OverviewThe Logistics Associate will be responsible for managing end-to-end import and export shipments while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and documentation requirements. The role involves close coordination with freight forwarders, customs brokers, clearing agents, clients,



and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Import s Export Operations
- Manage end-to-end import and export shipment processes.
- Coordinate domestic and international freight movements.
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve shipment delays and operational issues proactively.

Documentation s Trade Compliance
- Prepare and verify shipping documents including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Export Declarations, ATR Certificates, Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, and other required documentation.
- Ensure documentation complies with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.

Customs s Freight Coordination
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and clearing agents for smooth customs clearance.
