Job Title: MICE - Sr. Operations Manager (Domestic)

Experience: 3-7 Years

Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹45,000 per month (Based on interview performance)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end operations for domestic MICE events, conferences, incentives, and corporate meetings.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, event venues, and other vendors.
- Manage bookings, rooming lists, travel arrangements, transfers, and event logistics.
- Negotiate rates and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Prepare operational itineraries and event documentation.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and ensure timely execution.
- Monitor event operations on-site to ensure smooth delivery.
- Resolve operational issues and provide quick solutions during events.
- Maintain budgets, vendor payments, and operational records.




- Work closely with the sales and accounts teams for successful project execution.

Required Skills:
- 3-7 years of experience in Domestic MICE Operations.
- Strong knowledge of domestic travel and event operations.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Positive negotiation and vendor management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel for event execution when required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Travel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in handling corporate MICE clients will be an added advantage.
