About the Role

We are looking for an In-House Engineer to handle end-to-end assembly, software installation, quality testing, and repair of Interactive Flat Panel Displays (IFPDs) at our facility. This is a hands-on production floor role covering mechanical assembly, embedded system setup, software loading, and troubleshooting before dispatch or for returned/repaired units.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble Interactive Flat Panel Displays from components: panel, touch frame, PCB modules, speakers, power supply, and OPS/embedded PC unit
- Mount and wire internal components as per assembly guidelines and quality checklists
- Install and configure firmware, OS (Android/Windows), and proprietary annotation/whiteboard software on each unit
- Perform touch calibration, display quality checks, and functional testing (audio, video, connectivity, ports)




- Conduct burn-in testing and quality inspection before packaging/dispatch
- Diagnose and repair faulty units: PCB-level and component-level troubleshooting (power board, touch controller, mainboard, panel)
- Identify root cause of returned/defective units (RMA) and carry out repair or replacement of parts

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in electronics assembly, hardware production, or display/touch panel repair

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
