Position: Fashion Designer - Men's Denim & Bottom Wear

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Research market trends, customer preferences, and competitor products.
- Design seasonal collections for men's denim and bottom wear.
- Develop mood boards, color stories, fabric concepts, and design presentations.
- Create detailed technical sketches and tech packs.
- Select fabrics, trims, washes, labels, and accessories.
- Coordinate with merchandising, sampling, pattern, and production teams.
- Review sample garments and provide fit and design corrections.
- Ensure designs are commercially viable and align with brand requirements.
- Work closely with suppliers for fabric and trim sourcing.
- Monitor product development from concept to final production.
- Maintain design documentation and product specifications.

Required Skills:




- Strong knowledge of men's fashion trends.
- Expertise in denim washes, garment finishing, and bottom wear construction.
- Good understanding of pattern making and garment fitting.
- Knowledge of fabrics, trims, and accessories.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
- Strong creativity with excellent attention to detail.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design from a recognized institute.
- NIFT, Pearl Academy, JD Institute, FDDI, or equivalent preferred.

Experience
- 3-8 years of experience in designing Men's Denim & Bottom Wear.
- Experience with apparel manufacturers or fashion brands is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
