Experience:4-6 Years in Recruitment & Team Handling
Salary: Up to ₹5.4 LPA

Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead and manage a team of HR Recruiters
✔ Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions
✔ Allocate requirements and monitor team performance
✔ Ensure timely closure of open positions
✔ Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and reports
✔ Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower planning
✔ Drive team productivity and achieve hiring targets
