Key Responsibilities Visual Storytelling: Translate complex ideas, branding concepts, and marketing scripts into compelling, high-impact animations.

Content Creation: Design and animate 2D/3D assets for social media, websites, explainer videos, broadcast, and UI/UX flows.

Production Pipeline: Manage projects from end to end, including mood boarding, story boarding, asset preparation, animation, rendering, and post-production editing.

Collaboration: Work alongside creative directors, video editors, and marketing teams to ensure final deliverables align with project goals and brand guidelines.

Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest animation techniques, 3D trends, and industry innovations (including AI tools and real-time rendering) to push creative boundaries.

Essential Qualifications & Skills Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)



and 3D modeling/animation tools like Cinema 4D or Blender.

Design Fundamentals: A robust eye for layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

Motion & Timing: Deep understanding of animation principles (e.g., easing, timing, anticipation) to create fluid and natural movements.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication to pitch ideas, time management to juggle multiple deliverables under tight deadlines, and high adaptability.

Education & Experience A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent portfolio/work experience).

2.5+ years of professional experience, demonstrated through a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of animation and design styles.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
