Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Drive international business growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new B2B opportunities
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure
- Pitch digital marketing and technology solutions including SEO, SEM, SMM, Performance Marketing, Web Development, and Mobile App Development to global clients via Zoom, Google Meet, or other virtual platforms
- Understand client business goals and propose customized digital solutions
- Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately
- Collaborate closely with marketing,



delivery, and account management teams
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and deals in CRM tools
- Analyze international market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Mentor and guide junior business development executives, if required

Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within the Digital Marketing industry:
- Must have prior experience working with international clients and handling global B2B accounts
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, SEM, Paid Ads, Social Media, and Web Development
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills:
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.
