Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Growth & Sales
- Manage and grow sales across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, Snapdeal, Blinkit, and Instamart.
- Create and execute growth strategies to increase revenue, orders, and brand visibility.
- Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Plan and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Marketplace Advertising
- Manage and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns.
- Improve ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Plan sponsored ads, display ads, keyword campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and scale profitable campaigns.

Catalog & Listing Optimization
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, images, A+ content, and storefronts.
- Improve product rankings and organic visibility.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to create high-converting product pages.
- Launch new products and manage complete catalog operations.

Growth & Marketing
- Plan and execute marketplace-specific growth campaigns.




- Work with influencers and creators to drive traffic and sales.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Identify trending products, market opportunities, and competitor strategies.

Quick Commerce Management
- Manage product performance on Blinkit and Instamart.
- Improve visibility, availability, and sales performance.
- Coordinate inventory planning and replenishment strategies.

Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Track sales, advertising, rankings, conversion rates, and profitability.
- Use data-driven insights to improve marketplace performance.

Required Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce Marketplace Management.
- Strong experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, Blinkit, Instamart, and Snapdeal.
- Expertise in marketplace ads and performance marketing.
- Solid understanding of SEO for marketplace listings.
