Import Export Back End Executive

We are looking for a qualified Import Export Back End Executiveto join our team. You will provide support to the Purchase & Logistics Department teams and will be responsible to provide support for all the Supply Chain & Logistics Procedures/activities.

Number of Positions: 01 only required.

Experience: Freshers, 06 months - 1 year.

Salary Range:Rs.20,000/- to Rs.25,000/-In-hand per month). (CTC- 3,00,348 LPA-3,61,788 LPA). (Depending on your Interview, Skills, Knowledge and/or Experience)

Educational Qualification:BBA(IB), BBM, B. Com, B.A (Arts) etc. Any Degree (Excluding IT and Science streams).

Desirable Skills:
- Fluent Verbal & Written Communication skills.
- Good documentation and file maintaining skills.
- Familiarity with INCOTERMS and International Shipping documentation.
- Should be well-versed with Excel/Advance Excel skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with others.

Responsibilities:
1)



Supporting Purchase and Logistical Operations.

2) Communicating with the Purchase/Logistics teams and Vendors.

3) Coordinating and Monitoring of Shipments.

4) Preparing, Submitting & Maintaining the Shipping Documentations.

5) Tracking of Shipments.

6) Communicating with Forwarders & Courier Companies.

7) Preparing & presenting the Logistics’ reports.

8) Any other responsibilities that this job may require from time to time.
