Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns
- Monitor trends and implement innovative ideas to increase brand visibility
- Handle audience engagement, comments, and messages professionally
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams for content creation
- Run and manage paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads preferred)

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field




- Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media management in B2B Business
- Good understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads / paid campaigns
- Strong communication and writing skills (English proficiency required)
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
- Experience in a product-based IT company and B2B Business
- Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, insights tools, etc.)
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
