Job Summary

Key Responsibilities. Sales & Customer Engagement
- Welcome mall visitors and shoppers with a friendly, welcoming approach.
- Actively assist customers by understanding their requirements and recommending appropriate products.
- Explain product features, advantages, prices, and ongoing promotions/discounts.
- Cross-sell and up-sell complementary products to meet daily and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications & RequirementsRequirementDetailsEducationHigher Secondary (10+2) or Any Bachelor's Degree / DiplomaExperienceMinimum 1 to 2 years of proven experience in retail sales or store operationsLanguagesConversational fluency in English and local regional languageSkillsGood communication, basic math/POS handling, persuasive closing, team playerFlexibilityWillingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays typical of mall operations

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
