Are you passionate about customer service, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced setting? We are looking for a Customer Support Associate who can deliver exceptional support through chat and SMS while managing multiple tools and conversations efficiently.

Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Support, Dispatch, or Logistics
- Prior Chat Support experience preferred
- Strong English communication skills (B2 CEFR level or above)
- Proficiency in:
- Twilio Flex
- Zendesk
- Slack
- Google Maps
- Internal Admin Dashboards
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM
- Ability to manage 3+ active chats simultaneously
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent emotional intelligence and de-escalation abilities
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
