Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all store activities and processes.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Monitor store performance and implement improvements where necessary.

Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports.
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to improve sales performance.

Customer Relationship Management:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Gather customer feedback and recommend service improvements.





Inventory & Stock Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy.
- Coordinate stock replenishment and inventory planning.
- Conduct regular stock audits and inventory checks.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of products.
- Minimize inventory losses and stock discrepancies.
