JAZZ Beats LLP is an emerging consumer electronics brand specializing in earbuds, neckbands, audio accessories, and smart lifestyle products. We are growing our team and looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities and support our employees and business operations.

Job Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the joining/onboarding process.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and HR documentation.
- Handle employee queries and support day-to-day employee relations.
- Assist in payroll coordination and salary-related activities.
- Manage HR policies, company rules, and employee communication.
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate with different departments for manpower requirements.




- Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment and employee databases.
- Assist management in implementing HR processes and initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR/recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and basic HR operations.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a quick-paced startup environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
