Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily café and beverage operations.
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee and beverages as per quality standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate baristas and service staff.
- Develop beverage recipes and maintain consistency in product quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of coffee beans, syrups, and café supplies.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related concerns.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance when required.
- Assist in achieving sales targets through upselling and promotional activities.
- Prepare operational reports and coordinate with management for business improvements.

Profile Requirements

- Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field.
- Skilled Barista Certification preferred.
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience as a Barista, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and beverage preparation.
- Experience in managing café operations and team leadership.
- Knowledge of inventory control and cost management.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
