Job Summary

The Senior Technical Specialist in DevOps Solutions, tibco BW is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of DevOps solutions using tibco BW. They will be leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of DevOps pipelines, ensuring smooth integration and deployment processes to optimize software development efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of devops solutions utilizing tibco bw.

2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define devops processes and best practices.

3. Manage and optimize continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to devops tools and processes.

5. Implement monitoring and alerting strategies for effective devops operations.

6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in devops and tibco bw.

7. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:




Design and implement enterprise messaging solutions using TIBCO EMS

Configure and manage queues, topics, and subscriptions

Perform EMS administration including setup, tuning, HA and fault tolerance

Integrate EMS with TIBCO BW / other middleware systems

Develop and maintain message-driven integration workflows

Troubleshoot production issues related to messaging and integration

Work on SDLC phases - requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment [I hope thi...lable, and | Viva Engage]

Ensure system scalability, performance, and reliability

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, Infra, QA)

Implement monitoring using TIBCO Hawk / admin tools

Mandatory Technical Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in TIBCO EMS (JMS-based messaging)

Experience in queue/topic configuration, message routing, and tuning
