Working Capital & AR Management - Drive DSO reduction, overdue collections, and cash flow optimization - Conduct regular reviews of: o Aged receivables o Bad debt provisions o Collection effectiveness metrics - Implement structured escalation mechanisms for delinquent accounts

3. Controls, Compliance & SOX Governance - Ensure strong internal controls across OTC processes: o Segregation of duties (SoD) o Approval workflows for pricing, credit notes, and master data changes o Audit trails and documentation - Own audit readiness for internal/external audits and remediation of control gaps

6. Team Leadership & Capability Building - Build and lead a high-performing India-based OTC team - Define clear roles, KPIs, and performance metrics - Drive capability development across collections, billing, and analytics - Foster a culture of accountability, quality, and customer orientation
