Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up with potential property buyers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Arrange and conduct property/site visits.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Handle customer queries and provide information about projects, pricing, and payment plans.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
- Coordinate with the sales, legal, and documentation teams.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer records.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-4 years of experience in real estate sales/customer relationship management preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Robust convincing and interpersonal abilities.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in the field.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
