- Key Responsibilities_
- Carry out preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.:
- Maintain presses, production machines and other mechanical/electrical equipment.:
- Oversee maintenance of DG sets, UPS systems, STP, air compressors, pump room and plant infrastructure.:
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and ensure minimum downtime.:
- Plan preventive maintenance schedules and maintain maintenance records.:
- Coordinate spare parts, consumables and maintenance materials with stores and vendors.:
- Supervise contractors and ensure safe execution of maintenance work.:
- Maintain documentation, checklists, equipment history and reports.:
- Coordinate with production to plan maintenance without affecting operations.:
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Skills & Requirements:_
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.:
- Strong knowledge of both mechanical and electrical maintenance.:
- Hands-on experience with presses, motors, pumps, DG sets, UPS, STP and other plant utilities.:
- Good troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.:
- Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance planning.:
- Positive communication, documentation and coordination skills.:
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic ERP/maintenance records.:
- Ability to manage vendors, contractors and spare parts inventory.:
- Self-driven, safety conscious and able to work independently.
