Responsibilities:
- Assist with installation and configuration of desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other hardware.
- Perform routine maintenance of systems including cleaning, upgrades, and component replacements.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues related to systems, LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Set up current systems and ensure they meet required specifications and company standards.
- Support software installations and basic networking tasks in collaboration with the IT team.
- Respond to user-reported issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets, tools, and spare parts.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, warranties, or procurement.
- Document support activities, issue resolutions, and configurations for future reference.

Requirements:
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in IT hardware support or system maintenance.




- Basic understanding of hardware components, networking, system assembly, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux), antivirus, and software installation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required

Educational Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Hardware, IT, Electronics, B.Tech (CS/IT), BCA, or equivalent.
- Certification in hardware & networking (like CompTIA A+, CCNA, etc.) is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
