Position:Project Coordinator / Project Engineer / Asst. Project Manager

Location:Kathwada GIDC, Nikol, Ahmedabad (with travel to project sites as required)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Coordination:Coordinate and manage daily execution activities, monitor planned vs. actual progress milestones, and support project engineers and site teams.
- In office Technical Execution Support:Coordinate and execute installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of Electrical, E&M;, Automation, PLC, SCADA, and Instrumentation systems.
- Stakeholder & Client Management:Act as the liaison for critical meetings, engineering drawings approvals, inspections, and technical discussions with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Supply Chain & Material Tracking:Partner with engineering and procurement teams to verify incoming site materials against approved specifications and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- MIS & Project Reporting:Create and maintain robust project schedules, progress trackers, action-point logs (MOM), risk trackers,



and daily/weekly/monthly management dashboards.
- Commercial & Billing Oversight: Coordinate with commercial teams to provide precise site measurements, work completion records, and documentation for RA Bills and client payment follow-ups.
- Quality, Safety & Project Closure:Ensure 100% compliance with Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), safety protocols, and PPE usage. Drive the closure of client punch-lists, as-built drawings, and O&M; manuals for formal project handover.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Electronics).
- Experience: 4 to 8 years in procurement (Engineering/Manufacturing).
- Industry: Civil & Infra Projects, E&M;, Electrical, Automation, SCADA, or Instrumentation projects.

Skills & Abilities:
- Hands-on experience of executing/coordinating infrastructure, industrial, or government projects (specifically Electrical, Automation, or SCADA).
