We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Account Manager to manage and grow marketplace accounts for our client brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end e-commerce marketplace accounts for client brands.
- Handle day-to-day operations across marketplaces such as Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, Nykaa, or similar platforms.
- Monitor sales, revenue, orders, returns, cancellations, inventory, and other key marketplace metrics.
- Manage and optimize product listings, catalogs, pricing, product content, and inventory.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve marketplace performance.
- Plan and manage marketplace promotions, offers, discounts, and sale events.
- Monitor product availability, pricing, visibility, and overall account performance.
- Analyze marketplace data and identify opportunities for business growth.




- Prepare regular sales and performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with catalog, inventory, operations, marketing, creative, and other internal teams.
- Identify and resolve marketplace operational issues within timelines.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams wherever required.
- Monitor competitors, pricing, product performance, and marketplace trends.
- Maintain solid relationships with clients and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Take ownership of account performance and ensure agreed business targets are achieved.
- Stay updated with marketplace policies, tools, processes, and e-commerce best practices.

Pay: Up to ₹65,000.00 per month
