Job Description - Sales Field Executive

Company: Organic Food Company
Position: Sales Field Executive
Experience: Minimum 6 months of field sales/marketing experience
Education: Any Degree
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail stores, supermarkets, distributors, and potential customers to generate sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and current customers.
- Promote and explain the company’s organic food products.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.
- Maintain daily field visit and sales reports.

Requirements:
- Any graduate with at least 6 months of field sales/marketing experience.
- Must be genuinely interested and comfortable with field work and regular travel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving license preferred.
