Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural and interior working drawings.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Produce furniture, electrical, plumbing, and ceiling layout drawings as required.
- Revise drawings based on design changes and site requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
- Maintain organized drawing records and project documentation.
- Assist in preparing drawings for municipal approvals and execution.

Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.:
- Knowledge of SketchUp is preferred.
- Understanding of architectural and interior construction drawings.
- Knowledge of building materials and construction methods is an advantage.




- Good attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings.
- Ability to work independently and within project deadlines.
