About the Role

MoveInSync is a leading enterprise mobility and SaaS platform. We're hiring across SDE levels — whether you're just starting out or a seasoned engineer with system design chops, we have a place for you.

What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain features across MoveInSync's core product platform
- Write clean, maintainable code in Java or Python with a focus on reliability and scale
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to ship features end to end
- For SDE-2 and above: contribute to system design, service architecture, and code reviews
- For SDE-3: lead technical design discussions, mentor junior engineers, and own delivery across complex modules

Must Have
- Strong DSA fundamentals and problem-solving skills
- Java or Python — ability to write production-quality code
- For SDE-3: proven experience working on scale, system design, and distributed systems

Valuable to Have
- Springboot — backend service development
- claude-code, Kafka, Postgres, Redis — experience with any of these is a strong plus
- Prior experience at a product company or scale-up

Pay: From ₹4,000,000.00 per year
