About the Role

We are looking for a Business Executive who will primarily focus on calling, lead outreach and appointment generation.

Your main responsibility will be to connect with potential business owners, introduce IMARISE’s services, understand their requirements and generate qualified meetings for the team.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients
- Contact business owners, founders and decision-makers
- Introduce IMARISE and explain our services
- Understand the prospect’s business and identify potential requirements
- Generate qualified leads and appointments
- Maintain daily calling and outreach records
- Update lead status and follow-up information in the CRM/lead sheet
- Achieve daily and monthly calling/outreach targets

Requirements:




- Positive communication skills
- Confident and comfortable speaking on calls
- Hindi and English communication required
- Marathi will be an advantage
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Freshers can apply
- Prior telecalling, business development or sales experience is a plus

Someone who is confident on the phone, consistent with follow-ups and comfortable speaking to business owners.

This role is more focused on calling and outreach than traditional field sales.

Compensation

₹11,000-₹18,000/month + performance incentives

Salary will depend on experience and communication skills. Performance-based incentives will be provided for qualified meetings and successful conversions.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
