Position Name: HR Executive Qualifications MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

3-5 yearsof experience in HR Operations and recruitment.

Technical Skills End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition

HRMS and employee database management

Payroll input validation

Leave and attendance management

HR documentation and record keeping

Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances like PF & ESIC

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Well versed in Employee Engagement & Employee Relations

Soft Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

High attention to detail and accuracy

Problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and data integrity

Preferred Experience - Experience handling end-to-end employee lifecycle management Hands-on experience with HRMS tools Experience in healthcare, IT environments is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
