Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and operating food processing and packaging machines.
- Load raw materials and packaging materials into machines as instructed.
- Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities immediately.
- Assist in machine changeovers, adjustments, and cleaning.
- Ensure continuous production with minimum downtime.
- Remove finished products from the production line and arrange them for packing or storage.
- Maintain cleanliness of machines, tools and the production area as per food safety standards.
- Follow Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene and safety procedures at all times.
- Help reduce product wastage by following standard operating procedures.
- Support preventive maintenance activities as directed by the maintenance team.
- Record production data accurately whenever required.
- Work closely with Machine Operators, Supervisors and the Quality Control team.
- Perform any other production-related duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
