Experience
- 0-2 years
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience in the education industry will be an advantage.
- Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the day-to-day academic activities at the center.
- Interact with students, parents, and faculty members to ensure smooth academic operations.
- Maintain student attendance, class test marks, and academic records in ERP and Google Sheets.
- Track homework completion and monitor students' academic progress.




- Guide students and resolve their academic and operational queries.
- Conduct student engagement activities.
- Manage WhatsApp groups for students and parents.
- Assist in the daily administration and smooth functioning of the center.
- Handle online batches by monitoring students during live sessions.:
- Ensure students remain active and engaged throughout online classes.:
- Cross-check student attendance and follow up with absent or inactive students whenever required.:
- Work collaboratively with the team and support colleagues whenever needed.

Skills Required:

- Excellent English communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team.
- Passion for guiding and mentoring students.
