Job Title: Senior Reservation Executive - Sales

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for reservation enquiries.
- Generate revenue by converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Upsell services and maximize booking value wherever possible.

Reservation Management
- Manage end-to-end reservation processes for both B2B and B2C customers.
- Coordinate bookings across multiple properties and services.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and customer databases.
- Adapt quickly to pricing, inventory, and promotional updates.

Customer Relationship Management
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and booking issues promptly.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the booking journey.

Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Marketing,



and other departments to ensure smooth booking execution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and reservation reports.
- Maintain accurate MIS reports and booking records using MS Excel and CRM systems.
- Monitor booking trends and provide feedback to improve business performance.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.
- Target-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Reservations, Hospitality, Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Experience handling both B2B and B2C customers.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and revenue-focused professional.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
