Your key responsibilities
- Working with the HRBPs and specialist HR product areas to support employee queries and cyclical processes like performance management, year-end compensation and promotion process, annual tax proof submission etc
- Partnering with HRIT teams and country HR on new releases, testing new functionalities in HR systems




- Responsibility and accountability for delivering HR services in line with country regulations.
- Assistinng compliance AFC and regional ER teams on data collation for internal investigations.
- Partnering with the heads of business to ensure sound people decisions are undertaken.
- Supporting and driving organizational initiatives and work with respective stakeholders
- Partnering with the business to define and translate business needs into human capital strategy.
- Driving the global processes, also in region, country or sub-division, e.g. year-end compensation and promotion process and talent management,

Your skills and experience
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in HR shared services and advisory functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience in troubleshooting complex issues across HR functions.
- Good knowledge of HCM tools like Workday, Service Now etc.
