The Role

We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer based in Bangalore to sit at the boundary between our customers and our product — understanding how research agencies actually operate, and building solutions that fit directly into their workflows.

This role is for an engineer at the SDE2 level who is ready to go beyond the codebase. You'll be embedded with customers, diagnosing real operational problems,



and shipping targeted solutions fast. You won't wait for a PM to hand you a spec — you'll gather requirements yourself, make reasonable scoping decisions, and deliver. If you want to see your code used by real teams at major research agencies within days of shipping it, this role is for you.
- What You'll Own

Customer Engagement and Discovery
- Work directly with customers to understand their survey programming, data processing, and project management workflows
- Translate messy, real-world operational problems into well-scoped engineering solutions
- Serve as a technical point of contact for key accounts during onboarding, deployment, and ongoing usage

Engineering and Delivery
- Build and ship features, integrations, and workflow automations across the full stack — frontend, backend, and AI agent layers
- Deliver customer-specific solutions quickly without compromising code quality or long-term maintainability
