We're Hiring | Executive Assistant (EA) to the Managing Director

Are you highly organized, proactive, and passionate about project coordination and business operations? We're looking for an Executive Assistant (EA) to the Managing Director who can act as the central point of coordination across departments and ensure seamless communication, project tracking, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with all departments and collect regular project updates.
- Maintain complete visibility of ongoing projects, timelines, and milestones.
- Prepare project status reports, MIS, dashboards, and management updates for the Managing Director.
- Schedule and coordinate review meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and track action items.
- Follow up with department heads to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Assist the Managing Director in daily operational planning and priority management.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders whenever required.
- Handle confidential business information with professionalism.




- In the absence of the Managing Director, coordinate project-related communication to ensure business continuity.

Eligibility:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-6 months of experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply).

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organizational, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Excel (Advanced knowledge preferred)
- ERP Software
- Microsoft Word & PowerPoint
- MIS Reporting and Dashboard Preparation
