Directly responsible for Production & Planning in Coordination.
- To supervise and Monitor planned production activities through a team of workmen to ensure product is processed in time within specified instruction and standards.
- Observation manufacturing and packing activities, until Release.
- To lay down & ensure the best practices on shop floor.
- Ensuring smooth functioning of production plant by coordinating with required support and service functions.
- To prepare and implement standard operating procedure (SOP).
- Ensures manufacturing performance, volume, overall equipment efficiency (OEE) and quality goals are met by utilizing productive manpower.
- Monitor Process flow, Capacity Utilization, Safety at workplace, down times due to Breakdowns and availability of Resource for achieving required productivity.
- Manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
- Ensure to optimize the wastage by controlling the process parameters in manufacturing & packing.

Ensure to maintain consistent quality, yield of products.

Assessing project and resource requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
