We are seeking an experienced, highly creative, and forward-thinking Marketing Manager to elevate our brand and drive student recruitment strategy. In this role, you will bridge strategic marketing with hands-on digital execution. You must bring a proven track record working with foreign universities or international higher education agencies, possessing a deep understanding of overseas student recruitment markets, cultural nuances, and regional marketing dynamics. As an early adopter of up-to-date marketing tools, you should be exceptionally fluent in AI-driven workflows, visual creation (Canva), and current social media platforms to deliver high-impact campaigns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Strategy & Campaign Management:Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies aimed at attracting, engaging, and converting prospective international students. Leverage deep market knowledge of international higher education (e.g., US, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe) to tailor campaigns to specific geographic regions and student personas.



Manage end-to-end multi-channel performance marketing campaigns across major digital platforms (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).

2. AI & Digital Tech Integration: Champion the use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, Jasper) to optimize copywriting, content generation, market research, and audience segmentation. Integrate modern automation tools to streamline content workflows and campaign analytics.

3. Creative & Social Media Execution:Serve as the creative lead for social media channels, maintaining a sharp eye for trends, viral content formats, short-form video strategies (Reels/TikTok/Shorts), and community engagement. Utilize Canva (and related design software) to produce polished, high-converting social assets, ad creatives, brochures, and campaign collateral quickly. Oversee social media calendars, platform growth strategies, and brand voice consistency across all touchpoints.
