Key Responsibilities:
- Handle transferred calls from web consultantsand assist in closing website salesdeals.
- Superviseand guidethe outbound callingteam working on websiteand digital marketingsales.
- Intervene in client conversations when required to negotiate and finalize deals.
- Monitor call performance and ensure quality communication with prospects.
- Support the team with sales strategiesand objection handling during live calls.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an On-Call Supervisor / Senior Web Consultant in website or digital marketing sales.:
- Strong experience in outbound calling and deal closing.
- Must have prior experience handling transferred calls and assisting team members in conversions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadershipskills.
- Experience in the digital marketing / website selling industry is mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
