Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle: drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and final selection.
- Coordinate onboarding activities including induction programs, documentation, and orientation.
- Attendance Management:
- Monitor daily attendance records and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate tracking of working hours and overtime.
- Leave Management:
- Ensure compliance with company leave policies and statutory requirements.
- Salary Sheet Preparation:
- Compile monthly salary sheets based on attendance and leave data.
- Coordinate with finance for payroll processing and ensure accuracy.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
