Role Purpose

To manage production operations efficiently, ensuring quality products, optimal output, and compliance with food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily production as per targets
- Ensure product quality, consistency, and standard processes
- Monitor frying, mixing, and seasoning parameters
- Control wastage and optimize raw material usage
- Supervise manpower and maintain shop floor discipline
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Store teams
- Ensure hygiene, GMP, and food safety compliance
- Maintain production records and reports

- Quality & rejection rate
- Wastage control
- Machine downtime
- Productivity

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
