We are looking for enthusiastic and career-focused professionals who are passionate about counseling students and helping them achieve their academic goals.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities.
- Convert enquiries into admissions by providing accurate information and guidance.
- Schedule and conduct counseling sessions through Zoom and Google Meet.
- Handle walk-in enquiries at the center and assist them with the admission process.
- Resolve student and parent queries professionally.
- Maintain enquiry details and follow-up records in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the center team to ensure a smooth admission process.




- Participate in marketing and promotional activities whenever required.

Required Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Solid counseling and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Customer service mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0-3 years of experience.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in education counseling or sales will be an added advantage.

Work Timings
- Day Shift: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM/ 10:30 AM- 7:00 PM
- Sat
- Sunday working with one weekly off on any other day. (Mon-Friday)
