We Are Hiring - Business Development Executive

Location: Chinchwad, Pune
Experience: 1-2 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, references, and online platforms.
Identify potential clients and schedule meetings for business development.
Promote Labour Law Compliance, Payroll, PF, ESIC, Factory Act, and HR Compliance services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
Coordinate with internal compliance and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.
Maintain daily MIS reports of leads, meetings, and business development activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills:




✔ Good communication and presentation skills.
✔ Solid negotiation and client-handling abilities.
✔ Knowledge of Labour Law, HR Services, Payroll, or Compliance Services will be an added advantage.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
✔ Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.

Qualification:
Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or any related field.
MBA (Marketing) preferred.

Attractive Salary + Incentives + Travel Allowance (as per company policy).
