Education: MBA in HR, PGDM in HR, or related discipline.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

Technical Skills: ■ Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Apna, and other sourcing platforms. ■ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).



■ Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
- Knowledge: ■ Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, interview techniques, employer branding, and talent mapping. ■ Experience hiring for sales, operations, finance, engineering, manufacturing, and corporate functions is an added advantage.
- Soft Skills: ■ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ■ Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. ■ Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously. ■ Strong organizational and time-management skills. ■ Self-driven with a proactive and target-oriented approach.
