Role Overview

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will bridge the gap between our high-level business goals and technical marketing execution. You will design and execute high-impact digital marketing strategies, manage partner marketing ecosystems, drive enterprise B2B lead generation, and oversee critical CRM and automation workflows.

A central part of your role will involve managing dependencies with external digital marketing agencies—specifically setting benchmarks, auditing performance, and collaborating closely with them to scale content production, execute website updates, and optimize paid distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Agency Management
- Integrated B2B Strategy:



Develop and implement an integrated, long-term digital marketing strategy tailored for IT services and cloud architecture.
- Agency Ecosystem Oversight: Act as the primary technical point of contact for external marketing agencies. Direct and optimize their outputs specifically across Content Creation, Website Updates, and Paid Posts (Google Ads) to ensure maximum ROI and brand consistency.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze enterprise market trends, competitor positioning, and cloud partner changes to uncover new growth channels.

2. Paid Ad Campaigns & Lead Generation
- Multi-Platform Campaigns: Strategize, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- High-Value Funnels: Focus heavily on enterprise and mid-market B2B lead generation, building high-converting funnels that successfully navigate complex IT buying committees.
