Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and monitor the water project activities as per timelines.
- Coordinate with field team and community stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Regular field visits to ensure quality implementation and close monitoring.
- Maintain project documentation, records, and reports.
- Track progress against targets and prepare periodic reports for management/donors.
- Ensure to provide reports and success stories to partners monthly, quarterly, or as per guidelines.
- Assess and analysis of water demand-supply gaps in project areas and use findings to design and implement appropriate solutions.
- Verify existing water harvesting structures for their functionality and recommend revival or strengthening measures.
- Facilitate community meetings, trainings, awareness sessions,
and exposure visits on water management and climate-resilient practices.
- Promote inclusion of women, marginalized groups, and small farmers in decision-making processes.
- Budget preparation, resource allocation, and utilization & monitoring.
- Organize meetings, workshops, and review sessions with stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between project team, community, and partners.
- Identify risks, challenges, and gaps in implementation and suggest solutions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and donor guidelines.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
