Position: Data Entry Operator (DEO)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain daily production, inventory, purchase, and sales data accurately.
- Record invoices, purchase orders, stock transfers, and other transactions in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Update and manage garment stock records, dispatch details, and inventory reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Excel.
- Maintain customer, vendor, and product databases.
- Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in records.
- Coordinate with the Production, Stores, Accounts, and Sales departments for data collection and reporting.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files and documents.
- Assist the Accounts team with basic bookkeeping and documentation tasks.
- Ensure timely updating of records and compliance with company procedures.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.




- 1-2 years of experience in Data Entry, Administration, or Accounts Support.
- Mandatory proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.:
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).:
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and accounting processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in the Garments/Apparel or Manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of stock management, production records, and GST-related entries.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
