Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with overseas agents and logistics network partners.
- Generate sales enquiries through network agents, corporate clients, and other business channels.
- Promote the company’s Sea Freight, Air Freight, Land Transportation, Customs Clearance, and related logistics services.
- Respond to agent and customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the pricing team to obtain competitive buying rates.
- Prepare and submit quotations and commercial proposals.
- Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed shipments.
- Negotiate rates and commercial terms with customers and network partners.
- Identify recent markets, agents, customers, and business opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers and agents.
- Coordinate with the operations and customer service teams for smooth shipment execution.
- Follow up on customer payments in coordination with the accounts team.
- Maintain sales records, enquiry reports, follow-up details, and performance reports.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and shipment targets.
- Represent the company professionally in network meetings, exhibitions, and business events when required.
- Minimum 2 Years Experience Required.
