Responsibilities:
- Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols.- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks.- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and management of security systems (e.g., surveillance cameras, access control systems, alarm systems).- Lead and supervise the on-site security team, including hiring, training,



and performance evaluation.- Schedule and manage security shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage.- Provide ongoing training and development for security staff on best practices and emergency response procedures.- Respond to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.- Conduct thorough investigations of security breaches and incidents, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions.- Maintain an incident reporting system and ensure timely and accurate documentation of all security-related activities.- Work closely with other departments (e.g., IT, HR, Facilities) to ensure comprehensive security measures are in place.- Serve as the primary point of contact for security-related matters with external agencies and vendors.-
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to security.- Prepare and present regular security reports to senior management.- Stay informed about new threats, trends, and best practices in corporate security.
