Job Title: IT Executive
Department: Information Technology (IT)
Location: Prayagraj
Reports To: Manager - IT / Head IT

Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesHardware & System Management
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain inventory records of all IT assets and peripherals.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, AMC services, and procurement of IT equipment.

Network Administration
- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
- Configure and manage network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Ensure network security and data protection measures are implemented.

User Support & Helpdesk
- Provide technical support to employees for IT-related issues.

Software & ERP Management
- Support ERP systems and coordinate with vendors for troubleshooting.
- Manage software licenses and ensure compliance.

Data Backup & Security




- Perform regular data backups and recovery procedures.
- Implement antivirus and cybersecurity measures.
- Monitor system security and prevent unauthorized access.

Server & Database Support
- Assist in managing servers, storage devices, and databases.
- Monitor server performance and ensure system availability.

Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain IT policies, procedures, and technical documentation.
- Prepare periodic reports on IT performance, issues, and asset utilization.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Tech (IT/CS), MCA, or related field.
- Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent will be preferred.

- 2-5 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or system management.
- Experience in manufacturing or dairy industry will be an added advan
