Position: HR Executive

Experience : Min 1 Year

CTC:
- upto 3 lpa (Depend on the interview)

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in creating job descriptions and posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.

Office Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist with managing office supplies and ensuring the workplace is well-organized and efficient.
- Provide administrative support for HR activities such as onboarding new employees, maintaining attendance records, and filing employee documents.

Team-Building & Office Activities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute team-building activities, events, and bonding exercises to boost morale and engagement.
- Organize regular office events, celebrations, and group activities that enhance team collaboration and company culture.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive office environment where employees feel connected and valued.





Communication & Employee Interaction:
- Act as a liaison between the HR department and employees to answer HR-related queries.
- Support the communication of company policies, announcements, and team initiatives.
- Foster a positive work workplace by engaging employees through regular feedback and activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- A positive, approachable attitude and a passion for creating a vibrant office culture.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be flexible in a startup environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving work environment.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
